The Adult Social Care Certificate replaces the existing Care Certificate from June 3rd 2024. CQC inspectors will expect to see this for all new staff. It is now a fully regulated course taking (up to) 4 months.

- A cost effective way to achieve the standard as well as free face to face training for all staff. Magpie can act as registered centre and you can use your own internal trainers/assessors. Any employees aged 19+ can get government funding, up to £1500 can be claimed by employers. Funding can be used for revalidation of existing staff. Learners are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to work in your organisation having completed a fully regulated training programme. We act as your registered training centre to deliver the new standards, this means you do not need to be registered, do not need internal assessors or IQAs, and we work with you to achieve what you need, as easily and cost effective as possible.

- Learners also achieve courses in all mandatory training and certificates in Moving and Assisting, Health and Safety, Infection Control, Safeguarding, First Aid Awareness, Food Hygiene as well as The Care Certificate.
