For group training, we normally require a minimum of four learners. In some circumstances, we may also be able to arrange individual or small-group training. Our training suite can accommodate up to 18 learners, and we can also deliver training at your workplace.
Prices vary depending on the course, delivery method and number of learners. Individual online courses can be purchased directly where available, while workplace and group training is quoted according to your requirements. Contact us for a tailored quotation.
Yes. Learners completing Magpie Training CPD and awareness courses receive a certificate of completion where applicable. Regulated qualification certificates are issued through the relevant awarding organisation once all qualification requirements have been successfully completed and quality assured.
Magpie Training is Matrix accredited and is an approved centre for NCFE and Pearson Edexcel. Regulated qualifications are delivered and assessed in accordance with the requirements of the relevant awarding organisation. Our CPD and awareness courses are Magpie Training programmes unless otherwise stated.
Our training and assessment team includes experienced health and social care professionals, assessors and specialist practitioners. Depending on the subject, training may be delivered by professionals including nurses, paramedics, psychologists, social care professionals and experienced sector practitioners. Trainers are selected according to the subject matter and the requirements of the programme.
We welcome feedback from all learners and organisations. Following training, you may be invited to complete an evaluation or feedback form. You can also contact Magpie Training directly at any time with feedback, compliments or concerns. Feedback is reviewed as part of our ongoing quality improvement process.
