Meet the Directors

Tom Hearn – Operations Director / Consultant / IV / Assessor

Tom Hearn

Tom has an in-depth experience of working in the Care Sector as a Care Home Manager, Consultant and Training Provider.  Able to communicate effectively at all levels, Tom has a strong commitment and passion for the sector which is clearly apparent to all he engages with.

In a career of significant personal and organisational achievement he has;

  • Been responsible for the delivery of Vocational Qualifications at Levels 2, 3 and 5.  Developing, implementing and evaluation training and managing training programmes.
  • Lead, coached and motivated a team of 32 Assessors, overseeing inductions for over 1800 learners on programmes in Health and Social Care, Business Admin and Customer Service.
  • Drove quality and performance through developing a winning successful culture throughout the business.
  • Developed, designed and implemented policies and training interventions enabling clients to achieve business effectiveness and enhance care and support for service users.


Jamie Fenwick Baines – Training Director

Jamie is a very experienced Senior Lecturer who has taught in numerous curriculum areas from entry to post-graduate, including Psychology, Health and Social Care, Childcare and Key Skills.  Jamie developed and managed one of the most successful access courses in the country and assisted numerous adults gain admission into university.  Jamie has worked in the private sector as a consultant Psychologist and Graphologist and brings with him a particular interest in learner support.
